Canapes and artisan bread
Starters
Oyster and langoustine crudités
served with fried vegetables and citrus mayo.
Chargrilled duck breast served with spring onion,
shiitake mushroom pickled, garden herbs and soy reduction.
Main Courses
Beef fillet on a bed of spinach, with foie gras and Madeira sauce.
Roast hake with salsify root, citrus and radicchio.
Desserts
Passion fruit tart, lemon curd sauce, hazelnut praline.
